Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eforest. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote or low-serviceability pin codes: 7–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, write to us and we'll chase it down.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to all orders. Orders above ₹499 ship free. Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if opted in). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times and may call you on the number provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; re-shipping charges may apply. Address changes are possible only before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible if you need to update yours.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, or take photos before opening and email us at admin@evaravishnu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Freshness Note
Our spices and snacks are packed fresh and sealed for transit. Once delivered, please store them as directed on the pack for best quality.
