We don’t believe an everyday product needs a complicated story or an inflated price tag to feel good. It simply needs to do what it promises, do it well, and earn its place in your home.

That’s what we’re building at E’Forest.

How we started

E’Forest began in Delhi with a simple observation: there was a lot of choice, but finding everyday products that felt genuinely good was surprisingly difficult.

With spices, you often had to choose between inexpensive products with inconsistent quality and beautifully packaged “premium” options carrying a much bigger price tag.

Snacks were everywhere, but finding something convenient, satisfying and thoughtfully put together was another story.

And when it came to everyday home products, we kept coming back to the same question: could something simpler do the job better?

So instead of trying to launch hundreds of products, we started small.

A handful of things we would happily keep in our own kitchens, wardrobes and everyday routines — and a simple rule for everything that came next:

If we wouldn’t use it ourselves, it doesn’t belong at E’Forest.

We started with everyday kitchen staples such as premium green cardamom and whole cumin seeds — ingredients where freshness, aroma and quality actually make a difference.

We keep them whole, keep the ingredient lists simple, and package them for everyday use.

Nothing unnecessarily complicated. Just good ingredients that deserve a place in the kitchen.

Plus One™ was created around a very familiar situation: you want something to snack on, but you don’t necessarily want another ordinary packet of chips.

So we brought different favourites together in one box — roasted makhana, peanuts and masala chips — made for sharing, road trips, movie nights, gatherings or that very specific 4 PM hunger.

Cedar Essence takes a different approach to keeping enclosed spaces fresh.

And that idea extends to everything we add to E’Forest: everyday products that make sense once you actually start using them.

Every product has to earn its place.

We’re not trying to build the biggest catalogue.

We would rather introduce fewer products and have a clear reason for every one of them.

Before something becomes part of E’Forest, we look at the product itself, how useful it is, how it is packaged, how it feels to use and whether we can offer it at a price that makes sense.

Because “premium” shouldn’t simply mean expensive.

For us, it should mean thoughtful.

What we care about

Ingredients first

When a product can be simple, we prefer to keep it simple.

Our whole-spice philosophy is a good example: when you buy cumin, you should be buying cumin. When you open cardamom, what should stand out is the aroma of the cardamom itself.

We believe the product should do most of the talking.

Honest pricing

Good packaging and good ingredients matter, but they shouldn’t automatically turn an everyday purchase into a luxury purchase.

We work toward pricing our products according to what it takes to source, package and deliver them well — while keeping them accessible enough to become products you actually use regularly.

Packaging that has a purpose

Packaging shouldn’t exist just to look good in a photograph.

A spice pack should help protect what’s inside. A snack box should be easy to carry and share. A daily-use product should be straightforward to understand.

We like beautiful things, but we like useful beautiful things more.

Details matter

The aroma when you open a spice pouch. The way a pack closes after you use it. The size of something sitting in your wardrobe. The ease of carrying a snack on a road trip.

They’re small details — but everyday products are made almost entirely of small details.

E’Forest is an Indian brand built by a small team in Delhi.

We source, develop, pack, and bring together products with one very ordinary setting in mind: real homes and real routines.

Morning chai. Dinner is being cooked after a long day. A wardrobe you open every morning. Friends dropping by unexpectedly. A snack in the car. Something useful is packed into your suitcase.

We aren’t building E’Forest around picture-perfect routines.

We’re building it around the ones people actually live.

Small team. Close to the product.

We’re still a small team, and we like some of what comes with that.

We can pay attention.

We can listen when someone tells us a pack could be better. We can notice which products people keep coming back for. We can question something before adding it simply because everybody else sells it.

And as the brand grows, we want to keep that closeness to the products and the people buying them.
