Return & Refund Policy
At Eforest, we pack every order with care. But if something goes wrong, here's how we'll make it right.
What We Accept Returns For
Because our products are food and personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we offer a full replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
- The product is past or dangerously close to its expiry/best-before date on delivery
- The package was tampered with in transit
How to Raise a Claim
Email admin@evaravishnu.com or WhatsApp +91 93108 10161 within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (an unboxing video helps speed things up)
We review all claims within 2 business days. For approved claims, you can choose a replacement (shipped free) or a full refund.
What We Don't Accept
- Change of mind after opening the product
- Taste or fragrance preferences — natural products like whole spices and cedarwood vary slightly from batch to batch; that's nature, not a defect
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., left in heat or moisture)
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded. COD refunds (if applicable) are made via bank transfer or UPI — we'll ask for your details.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it's dispatched — email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you can raise a claim on delivery if anything's wrong.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship it out or refund it immediately.
