Welcome to Eforest. This website is operated by Evaravishnu OPC Pvt Ltd, New Delhi ("Eforest", "we", "us"). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
1. About Our Products
Eforest sells food products (whole spices, snacks) and personal care essentials. Product images are for representation; natural products such as whole spices may vary slightly in colour, size, and aroma from batch to batch — this is normal and not a defect. Ingredient lists, net weights, and best-before information are printed on each pack; please read them before use, especially if you have allergies.
2. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed (or, for COD orders where offered, when we confirm the order). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or serviceability issues — with a full refund of any amount paid. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges, and courier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: as our products are food and personal care items, opened products cannot be returned; we provide replacements or refunds for wrong, damaged, tampered, or near-expiry items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Product Use & Storage
Store products as directed on the pack. We are not liable for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery. Our products are intended for normal household use; nothing on this website constitutes medical or nutritional advice.
6. Pricing, Offers & Promotions
Discount codes and offers are subject to the conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless specified, and may be withdrawn at any time. One offer per order unless stated otherwise.
7. Your Account & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or abusing offers or return processes. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we detect misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — the Eforest name, logo, product names, photographs, label designs, and text — is the property of Evaravishnu OPC Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
